Welcome to the Liberal Party of Newfoundland & Labrador Website
We are continuing to work diligently to bring the concerns and issues of Newfoundlanders and Labradorians to the floor of the House of Assembly. Through consultation and research, we have prepared ourselves to effectively question government on issues of importance to the people of the province.
We will continue to raise various public policy issues and challenge government decisions when necessary. We will also continue our research and consultation activities to prepare ourselves for the legislature. It is very important that you, the general public, contact us should you have any issues that require public debate and discussion. It is only through open dialogue that government will recognize potential problems that exist in existing and new policy decisions.
Our commitment remains the same, we want to provide a solid Opposition to government that presents alternative policies that will improve the social and economic conditions of Newfoundlanders and Labradorians.
I invite you to explore our website and feel free to contact our office at any time should you wish to discuss or raise issues of importance to you.
Sincerely, Yvonne Jones, MHA & Leader of the Opposition Cartwright-L’Anse au Clair
